I booked a honeymoon with Sandals directly and later found Kerri at a wedding expo. She was able to transfer the reservation to her and get me a tour credit as well as a spa credit which was awesome. All her services were at no charge to me. She was an absolute blessing to have handling our honeymoon as shortly after we booked COVID happened and messed up every plan we had made. We had to postpone the honeymoon three times and each time she spent her time getting things rescheduled. I know she did not get her money’s worth from all the hassle she had to go through for our honeymoon but she was always positive, helpful and quick to respond. She was able to keep us informed quickly and easily of what was going on with sandals and the restrictions on travel in the Bahamas. When we were finally able to go on the honeymoon she suggested a COVID testing facility that was reasonably priced, came to our home for the test and had the results the following day. I am very grateful for her hard work and very pleased that we chose to go with her. I have zero reservations about recommending her to anyone!

It was a great honor to have Kerri helping us with our 20 year wedding anniversary. We decided to renew our vows and we wanted the perfect place. Kerri helped us narrowing it down, then she took care of every detail from there. But I came across Kerri's company on the Sandal's website and saw that she's been in business for a long time so I thought I'd email her a few questions. We ended up speaking by phone and she was fantastic. So knowledgeable. Honest. Excellent with her follow-up and extremely responsive. She knew the in's and out's of every resort I threw at her. We finally settled on the perfect resort for our anniversary trip. She got us the best rate possible—I know because I shopped her rates. I also didn't realize that she gets paid by the resorts, so there was no additional cost to me for using her. It was a no brainer! Kerri also had several tips that helped us navigate our way around a foreign country. I can't say enough good things about Kerri. It also didn't cost us anything to use them. They were very helpful with picking the best resort "for us" as my husband and I vacation differently. He likes to be active (water sports) and I love to read on the beach. They listened to us and truly wanted to find us the best place to go. They helped answer all our questions (and we had many!) and even helped with last minute changes to our itinerary (due to covid). Kerri was incredibly helpful in planning our trip to the Caribbean for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I have always planned our trips in the past and consider myself internet & travel savvy however the knowledge Kerri provided regarding the various lodging options and which island to go to was invaluable. While you can read reviews of hotels online, Kerri has actually been to the various islands in the Caribbean and was able to match what kind of experience we were looking for and best time to travel (our anniversary is during hurricane season). The questions she asked initially to help pin down our preferences, type of experience we wanted, and budget parameters, in addition to the details she provided about each hotel, island, and the "vibe" was top notch. We had an incredible experience and Kerri even answered some last minute questions regarding tipping in a timely manner while on the trip. I will be using her for all future travel and highly recommend her to others!
