The Ultimate Guide to Beaches Turks & Caicos

Everything you need to know before you go
Let me be honest with you from the start: I don’t write guides like this for every resort. I write them when I believe in something so completely that I’d book it for my own family without a second thought.
Beaches Turks & Caicos is that resort.
I’ve spent years helping families, couples, and wedding parties plan some of the most meaningful trips of their lives. And time and again, when someone asks me where to go in the Caribbean for a vacation that truly delivers — the beach, the food, the activities, the ease, the wow factor — this is the answer.
I was lucky enough to be at Beaches Turks & Caicos for the grand opening of their brand-new Treasure Beach Village in March 2026. I’ve walked the new CrystalSky Reserve Villas, had dinner at Butch’s Island Chop House, watched the sunset from the lagoon infinity pool. This guide includes all of that, plus everything else you need to know to plan the trip confidently.
This isn’t Google. This is me — your travel-savvy friend who happens to know this resort inside and out — telling you exactly what to expect.
Let’s get into it.

Why turks & Caicos?
There’s a shade of turquoise that exists almost nowhere else on earth. It’s the color of the water in Turks and Caicos — impossibly clear, calm, and warm — and once you see it, you understand why people keep coming back year after year.
Beaches Turks & Caicos sits on Grace Bay Beach, voted the best beach in the world by TripAdvisor. Not the best in the Caribbean.
THE BEST BEACH. IN. THE. WORLD.
And it earns that title every single time. Twelve miles of powdery white sand, water so calm it looks like glass, and a reef system close enough to wade out to and snorkel without booking a single excursion.
WHY BEACHES IS THE RIGHT RESORT
The Six Villages: Which One Is Right for You?
One of the things that sets Beaches Turks & Caicos apart from every other all-inclusive on the island is the village concept. Each village has its own distinct personality, architectural style, pool, and atmosphere. You stay in a village, but you have access to everything across the entire resort. Here's a breakdown of what to expect:
French Village
The French Village is a great entry point for families who want to experience Beaches Turks and Caicos without stretching the budget. It offers comfortable, well-appointed accommodations with convenient access to the waterpark, making it a natural fit for families with kids who plan to spend a good chunk of their days on the slides. You get the full Beaches experience at a more accessible price point.
Italian Village
The Italian Village is the heart of the resort. Centrally located and connected to just about everything, it puts you close to the main dining, pools, and entertainment without having to walk the length of the property to get there. It is also home to some of the most popular family suite configurations on the resort, which is why it tends to be a top recommendation for families who want space, convenience, and that classic Beaches energy all in one place.
Caribbean Village
Bright, colorful, and full of that classic island energy, the Caribbean Village strikes the perfect balance for families who want it all within easy reach. You are steps from the beach here, with some of the best pool access on the property right outside your door. This village sits in close proximity to multiple pools, so whether your crew wants the swim-up bar, a quieter spot to float, or the waterpark energy, you can get there without a hike. It also features some of the lead-in room categories on the resort, making it one of the most budget-friendly ways to experience Beaches Turks and Caicos without sacrificing location or access. The rooms are comfortable and well-positioned, and the overall vibe is relaxed and fun without being overwhelming.
Key West Village
hink laid-back, coastal cool with a quieter pace. The Key West Village sits at the end of the resort, which means less foot traffic and a more relaxed atmosphere overall. It is a favorite for larger families who need more space and a calmer environment, but it also draws couples thanks to its own adult-only pool and restaurant. That combination of family-friendly accommodations and adult-only spaces in one village is genuinely rare, and it makes Key West a strong choice for multigenerational groups where everyone wants their own kind of escape within the same trip.
Seaside Village
Seaside Village sits directly in front of the Caribbean Village with the closest proximity to the beach of any village on the resort. If waking up and being steps from that Grace Bay sand is the priority, this is where you want to be. Accommodations here are concierge and butler level, with larger suite configurations that deliver a noticeably elevated experience. The combination of premium service, generous space, and unbeatable beach positioning makes Seaside a top choice for guests who want a more luxurious, unhurried stay without giving up a single amenity the resort has to offer.
Treasure Beach Village (NEW — Opened March 2026)
This is the one everyone is talking about, and for good reason. I was there for the grand opening in March 2026, and what Beaches built here is genuinely stunning. The Treasure Beach Village is the most elevated experience on the property — a boutique-within-a-resort concept that brings a new level of luxury to an already impressive resort.
The centerpiece is the CrystalSky Reserve Villas: spacious, private accommodations with their own plunge pools, butler service, and views that will make you question every vacation decision you've ever made before this one. The lagoon infinity pool is breathtaking at any hour, but at sunset it becomes something else entirely.
Butch's Island Chop House, the new signature steakhouse located within Treasure Beach Village, is one of the best dining experiences I've had at any all-inclusive property. More on that below.
If you're looking for the premier room category at Beaches Turks & Caicos, or planning a special occasion trip where every detail matters, Treasure Beach Village is where you want to be.
But wait, there's more!
FAQs
Is Beaches Turks & Caicos worth the money?
Yes, unequivocally. Beaches Turks & Caicos is a premium all-inclusive, and the price reflects that. What you get in return is an experience that consistently over-delivers: a world-class beach, exceptional dining, activities for every age, and a level of service that is hard to find at this resort category. When you factor in everything that is included — food, drinks, scuba, water sports, entertainment, kids camp — the value is strong.
What is the best village at Beaches Turks & Caicos?
It depends on who you are. For the ultimate luxury experience, Treasure Beach Village (new in 2026) is the answer. For couples and romance, the French Village. For families who want to be near the action, Key West or Caribbean Village. I help my clients choose the right village for their specific travel style, and it makes a real difference in how the trip feels.
What is Treasure Beach Village?
Treasure Beach Village is the newest addition to Beaches Turks & Caicos, which opened in March 2026. It is a premium, boutique-style village within the resort featuring the CrystalSky Reserve Villas with private plunge pools and butler service, the new Butch’s Island Chop House restaurant, and a lagoon infinity pool. I was there for the grand opening and can speak to it from firsthand experience.
Is Beaches Turks & Caicos good for adults without kids?
Yes. While Beaches is known for its family programming, adults traveling without children have a genuinely excellent experience here. The beach is the star of the show regardless of age, and the dining, pools, spa, and nightlife options are sophisticated and well-suited to adult travelers. The French Village in particular tends to attract a quieter, more couples-focused atmosphere.
How many restaurants does Beaches Turks & Caicos have?
Beaches Turks & Caicos has more than 21 restaurants and 15 bars across the property. Options range from casual beach dining to the new signature steakhouse at Treasure Beach Village.
How does Beaches Turks & Caicos compare to Sandals?
Both are Sandals Resorts International properties with the same quality standards, but they serve different travelers. Sandals is adults-only and focused on couples. Beaches is all-ages, designed specifically for families, groups, and anyone traveling with children. Both offer the same all-inclusive model with premium inclusions. If you are traveling as a couple without children, Sandals may be the better fit depending on your priorities.
Do I need a travel agent to book Beaches Turks & Caicos?
You don’t need one, but working with a Beaches specialist will get you things you cannot get on your own: category upgrades, resort credits, exclusive booking perks, and the guidance to choose the right room and village for your specific trip. My planning services are complimentary, which means you get a specialist in your corner at no additional cost.
What is included at Beaches Turks & Caicos?
Everything. All meals and snacks across 21+ restaurants, unlimited premium beverages at all bars, all water sports, snorkeling, scuba diving for those who are PADI certified, the waterpark, kids camp, entertainment, and airport transfers. It is one of the most genuinely inclusive all-inclusive properties in the Caribbean.
